Delivery Policy
Effective: [Date the website goes live]
ZeroDelay is a software service. Nothing is shipped physically.
| What you buy | How and when it is delivered |
|---|---|
| Subscription with live connectors | Your account is created and the console link is emailed to you, normally within minutes and always within 24 hours of payment. Telegram and the web app work immediately. |
| WhatsApp channel | Starts once Meta approves your WhatsApp Business number and display name. This usually takes a few working days and depends on Meta, not on us. We keep you updated. |
| Setup pack | We contact you within 2 working days to book the session, normally held within 5 working days. |
| Connector on request | Delivery date agreed in writing in your quote. |
| "Coming soon" connector | Switched on when it goes live; we email you that day. You are not charged for it before then. |
If anything you paid for has not been delivered on time, write to [email protected].
