1. send unsolicited bulk or promotional messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from your business;
2. break the WhatsApp Business, Telegram or any connected vendor's terms;
3. process data you are not allowed to process, or add people without a lawful basis;
4. bypass roles, scopes or approvals, or try to see data another user is not meant to see;
5. probe, scan or test the security of ZeroDelay without our written permission (report issues to [email protected] instead);
6. reverse engineer, copy or resell the service;
7. upload malware or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone's rights;
8. make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.

We may suspend accounts that break this policy. Report misuse to [email protected].
